Improving translation efficiency
Quickbase is a tool for producing manuals efficiently and at low cost. Together with the client we build up a database of standard text blocks. These are translated and added to the database. When you come to produce a new manual your standard texts are quickly inserted in the manual, so you only need to write the new text, which can then be translated.

- Shared web-based environment allows multiple users to share standard texts.
- Standard texts are only translated once, then reused, which reduces future translation costs.
- Quickbase ensures that only approved text is used in manuals, thus improving quality.
